Work has begun on the construction of social housing units in Roscommon, under the government’s Rebuilding Ireland Programme. Late last year the Public Private Partnership contract for Bundle 2 Social Housing was awarded to Torc Housing Partnership, which will provide 465 social housing units across 8 locations around the country, including Roscommon and Galway.
