Well done to the Tidy Towns volunteers all over Galway.

Well done to the Tidy Towns volunteers all over Galway.

Well done to all the volunteers in Tidy Towns all over Galway. There are so many places organising tidy-ups getting ready for the summer in small groups and staying safe.
Minister Heather Humphreys has granted €1,000 to our local groups below and encouraging everyone to apply for the competition this year - even special categories for groups that looked after communities despite Covid-19 & young people
The 2021 competition will go ahead although some differences with an online entry and remote judging! Still will only be the crème de la crème of towns and villages that will rise to the top!
Closing date is Friday 2nd July 2021 and do get in touch with my office on 087 9400 383 for entry forms or check out www.tidytowns.ie
