NEW Picnic Benches - Fairgreen Ballinasloe

Great news for Ballinasloe!
There are now 5 NEW picnic benches to be found at the Fairgreen in Ballinasloe, the closest one to the car park is wheelchair accessible, it also has a concrete path leading to the bench.
The new benches are fixed to a concrete base & are thanks to funding from ‘Additional Outdoor Infrastructure Fund’ announced by Minister for Transport, Eamon Ryan. The 13 million national fund was created to help ensure we have a safe outdoor summer and will benefit everyone for many years to come!
Well done to everyone who worked on this project, the picnic benches are a fantastic addition to the Fairgreen and nicely compliment works completed recently with the creation of a new footpath on the Duggan Park side of the Fairgreen.
