750,000 for Co. Roscommon to raise roads, embankments and drainage. Under Climate Adapation Funds announced by Minister Eamonn Ryan & Minister Hildgarde Naughton. Dealing with the impacts of bad weather and implementing measures to prevent roads bring flooded with proper drainage
Funding targeted to priority areas around Lough Funshinagh with €90,000 for #Lisfelim and €140,000 for #Ballagh. As well as in Doovoge in Athlone, Derrycahill, Kilbegnett, Corboley and more.
Great works completed by Roscommon County Council to combat flooding in our local areas, these funds will be a supplement to ongoing works.
